- Hope you guys enjoyed coming to the Salon with me. This curly hair salon visit was one of the best natural hair experiences of my life ! I loved the process, from the curly cut to finger detangling and the diffusing/styling! I also show you a complete before and after as well as Day 2 & 3 Hair .

She didn’t take off too much at all! Loved that. The shampoo and finger detangling part is making me want to go to the salon. I’d be so nervous about getting a curly cut though
I learned to always do extensive research before going to any salon. Been burned too many times before
this salon experience looked amazing! 😍 what really got me was the fact that they had someone at the salon to take the time to sit there and finger detangle! way too often are my wash sessions at salons like super quick and seemingly no time taken to properly section and dedicate time to finger detangling. I already hate going to salons as is and I feel like going to someone who would take that much care and patience to my hair would really ease the anxiety. great video and come on day 3 hair!

Thank you . It would depend on each person’s hair. I will be going every 3-4 months to get my hair treated and trimmed.

This has inspired me to get a curly hair cut on my 3C high porosity hair which just came to reach 3-4 inches past the bottom of my bra strap (i have unfortunately lost sever inches due to breakage from products that dry my hair out). I think this is a much healthier way to get your curls trimmed this way. I have been holding back on getting my hair trimmed (which is doing more damage than good) because I do not want a blow dried/ silk pressed cut on my already dry curls. I've worked extremely hard to get my hair to where it is today after being relaxed & heat damaged for years and I'm finally getting back on track after using Cantu threw me in a huge set back with extreme dryness, several inches in breakage, protein overload and matted hair in clumps. Your hair is beautiful btw!! I have to find a way to keep mine soft with moisture and get it out of this difficult growth spurt. ❤️🤩👍
Thank you 🙏🏽 So many people have been having issues with their hair after using Cantu, I’ve never had an issue with it though I guess it depends on each individual’s hair. I understand not wanting to use heat on your hair for a trim so if that’s the case a curly cut is def the way to go. I would do a lot of research on a good stylist though because I think it takes more skill to cut curly hair !

Peace. Still learning the process for my daughter. However, we dont cover at night because it takes away from moisture and the curls.... Re doing process this week
When I don’t want my hair to dry out I usually use a shower cap under a bonnet

Did you pick out your hair later that day after it dried? Or did it dry that way naturally with all the additional volume (day 1)?
I let it dry naturally, I didn’t need to pick it because the products were lighter hold so it got bigger as the hours went by
I heard about that deva curl scandal and everyone hair falling out
I did too , no deva curl products were used on my hair at this salon though
