As a disabled person, this is fantastic.
This is the only practical purpose I can see but at $3500 you’re better off hanging the bag on the back of a motorized wheelchair

I think there are waaaay too many obstacles for this to ever be worth it, and if it does become ubiquitous, imagine 50 of these on the sidewalks trying to avoid each other
