Believe it or not, that's roughly correct for a thylacine like Tiny is supposed to be. Thylacines (also called "Tasmanian tigers" or "Tasmanian wolves") were ambush predators of bandicoots, and were known to hop on their hind legs, particularly when agitated. Go figure!
R.I.P. Thylacine.
Well, real thylacines were declared extinct in the '80's, so... yeah.
Stefanonimo Tiny is not known for being the brightest of Cortex minions, even Roo has a phd.
Maybe he skipped leg day one to many times, but is still very self consious about how his legs look, so he just does leg workouts instead of actual fighting.

Also because Crash of the Titans Tiny is obviously a tiger. Canon Tiny is actually not a tiger but a thylacine. The recently extinct thylacine was a marsupial, like the Bandicoots, Ripper Roo, Koala Kong and Pinstripe Potoroo, and although it was only the size of a small-ish dog, it was commonly known as the Tasmanian tiger.

@@TikiRoly No, just Tiny. A marsupial is a class of mammal which gives birth underdeveloped young, which are then kept in a pouch. And unlike anywhere else on earth the vast majority of Australia's mammals are marsupials. Some you know, like the kangaroo, but most are quite small and are either herbivores or omnivores, and with Tiny they needed a nasty carnivore. The most iconic carnivorous marsupial is the Tasmanian Devil but Warner Brothers already had Taz in the Looney Tunes, so instead Naughty Dog brought the thylacine back from extinction.
They also added some non marsupials like Dingodile and Komodo Brothers, which are also originated from Australia, like all the others.
Fun fact, Tiny Tiger isn't actually a tiger, but rather a thylacine which, like Crash, is a marsupial. Indigenous to Tasmania, the now extinct thylacine was the largest carnivorous marsupial, and although it was often called the Tasmanian tiger it was considerably smaller(about the size of a medium sized dog) than a tiger, hence ''Tiny Tiger''.

The first one's opening is so cool and bizarre. The strange setting plus and the music are perfect together, I love the science fictionish elements of Crash Bandicoot so much.

Of all the redesigns in the Mutant games Tiny's is possibly the worst if not the absolute worst. Aku Aku and Uka Uka's redesigns where pretty stupid looking too though.

One thing I always found odd was the fact the sound effect for the blue orb collectable in crash of the titans was the same as the coins in Simpsons hit and run
They were both developed by Radical Entertainment.

Tiny Tiger's debut really can't be beat.
I kind of disliked how they changed Tiny from a Tasmanian Tiger to a Bengal or Siberian tiger in Titans. Kind of ruins the whole Australian animal theme they had going through the series.

Tiny is actually a bit of a joke. Well there is the obvious in that he isn't tiny, sort of like Little John in Robin Hood. But Tiny Tiger isn't actually a tiger, but rather a thylacine. Indigenous to Tasmania, the now extinct thylacine was the largest carnivorous marsupial and although it was often called the Tasmanian tiger, it was considerably smaller than a tiger, hence ''Tiny Tiger''.

while I will admit that the Nsane trilogy really did an amazing job at recreating the original game down to the gameplay and graphics, I still prefer the classic old school style, don't know why, but there is just something unique in the expression of fear in the PS1 Tiny when he is falling to his defeat at the red platform.
