Boss, trust me after watching this video..i went to my senior to ask about clerkship & BILS examination..he make me realise that how tough it is.. Most toughest examination is that..i am not demotivating anyone but he said it needs your every single drop of the blood 😅😅
Bombay incorporated law society ? It means other states students cannot give this exam?🤔 And the three year clerical work is must be done in bombay incorporated law society or where?🤔
Is it worth if we clear this exam.. I mean it is very tough...and as you said both solicitor and advocates can advice to clients and draft the documents..if advocates have rights to do the work which solicitors do then what's the benefit to do that much hardwork to clear this exam.. Do solicitor get and separate recognition or benefit? Please reply if anyone knows about it.
Sir, my advocate filed the civil suit in chennai city civil court instead of saidapet court due to which 7 months delay happened. Can I complaint about this ? please advise
You can do it post LLM too. Actually, the Solicitor's exam is very tough, so people who only want to become a Solicitor don't usually focus on anything else.
