    It means other states students cannot give this exam?🤔
    And the three year clerical work is must be done in bombay incorporated law society or where?🤔

    • @BuddingLawyers
      @BuddingLawyers  5 лет назад +1

      Any state student can apply. And the clerkship must be completed under a solicitor.

    Is it worth if we clear this exam.. I mean it is very tough...and as you said both solicitor and advocates can advice to clients and draft the documents..if advocates have rights to do the work which solicitors do then what's the benefit to do that much hardwork to clear this exam.. Do solicitor get and separate recognition or benefit? Please reply if anyone knows about it.

    What if one wants to do LLM ? Could it be done post LLM ?
    Does doing LLM get better prospects ?

    • @BuddingLawyers
      @BuddingLawyers  4 года назад

      You can do it post LLM too. Actually, the Solicitor's exam is very tough, so people who only want to become a Solicitor don't usually focus on anything else.
