If I remember correctly,Caity Lotz(Sarah Lance) was a dancer,and had some training in martial arts,so she did her own stunts. She became one of my favorite characters, but i actually love them all... And detective douche being the bad guy,was like "yeah,I knew it"
She had not only some training in martial arts, she is trained in Taekwondo, Wushu, Krav Maga, Arnis and Muay Thai. ;) So she is actually pretty bad ass. 😎
Loving the Michigan gear. Also loving you finding out how great this show was. One of my favorite shows of all time… it might be my favorite. The last two minutes of every episode always leaves me in shambles.
I always assumed that the recast was because when they shot the pilot they had no intention of bringing her back in any major capacity, but once they decided they were they needed someone that was a tiny bit more solid of an actor.

You might have noticed I didn't say she wasn't a good actress (mostly since I had no evidence either way) just that maybe they thought that Caity Lotz was a *bit* more solid, which could mean a whole slew of things. If it was a scheduling conflict, then I stand corrected.
@jeffbrown8117 It was a bit of both. The initial casting was for a single appearance. She never would have been able to accept the initial casting if it was for an expanded role.
Jacqueline Macinnes Wood played Sarah Lance in the pilot episode of Arrow. When they brought the character back they recast due to scheduling conflicts. Plus they needed someone for the physical role of being a superhero vigilante. So Caity Lotz got the nod for replacing the role. 😂 Sebastian Blood a.k.a. Brother Blood is a New Teen Titans villain. He is a masked cult leader who invites his followers to acts of violence.
yea season 2 went hard. i forgot which season i dropped arrow and flash, but out of the cw series Legends of Tomorrow is the only series i watch all the seasons
Sarah Lance has been revealed finally!! She is one of my top faves in this universe!!! And Caity Lotz killed it in the role!
