The Momotaro family were all born and raised in Japan!
Momotaro (father) was born on Jul 3, 2000
He came to the Kyoto City Zoo in 2010.
Genki (mother) was born on June 24, 1986.
I was born in Kyoto and came back to Kyoto.
Gentaro (eldest son), born on December 21, 2011
Momotaro and Genki's first child

Gentaro still loves to have moms attention but it’s time to grow up! Even tho it’s a small space,00:50 Kintaro manages to have a lot of fun! I don’t think it’s a good idea to have Genki and Gentaro in that small feeding room!🤦🏽♀️But mama still peaks out the window to check on her oldest son! So cute to see Genki’s nervous head and Kinnys tiny head responding to Gentaro’s knocks! 5:32 they know if they knock over the camera a keeper will come. Genki would like to trade in some of the greens for something else! So smart! A lot going on this day!😊🫶🏽

He's so very smart and handsome too 😘. 2:05 Gentaro probably thought he was supposed to be in the room alone, as usual, and wanted Genki to leave, but it looks like he went into Genki and Kintaro's door 🤦. Gosh! He shouldn't have hit Genki. It is always best when the food is separated. 5:31 😆 Genki is so funny sometimes. 8:22 🤦 Now Kintaro has gone into Momotaro's door. 8:47 Genki gets high anxiety when she's separated from Kintaro. You have to feed mom and baby together. 8:53 😟 Oh dear! Kintaro, Genki and Gentaro are alarm screaming. 9:41 🤔 Momotaro is annoyed at something (looks like Genki) and jerking his body. 9:51 It's 🌧️ raining very hard. 10:03 Kintaro and mom get separated yet again. 😥 Whew! They should never lock her anywhere alone with Gentaro, nothing could can happen with that. Glad they let her body guard back out there with her, he’s adorable.

In the first 15 - 20 seconds it looks to me like Genki is copping a feel on Gentaro’s nether regions. Gentaro is clearly trying to get away from Genki’s handling and ultimately he sits down. 🤔🤔🤔🤔 I got to thinking I have never, ever seen Genki probing Momo which is who she should be handling.
Man there appeared to be problems timing the doors and everyone is confused and anxious. I thought Kintaro went inside but he turned up all balled up under Genki.
This family is very unique…at times , it seems like they are all competing against each other…I guess that happens in human families, too. (My opinion) 😊❤🦍
