It is kind of disappointing that only SMB is the only game you can remake in SMM2 as all the other styles are missing so much from the original game from items, to ground, to power ups and even enemies.

Judging by your comment, you probably don't know Mario Maker very well. 1, you can't make the screen not go left, 2, that is the bonus room, and you can't have more than 2 sub-areas, 3, there are no infinite lift generators, 4, you can't add text/warps, 5, the 6 invisible blocks were in the game to begin with, (Yes, I checked the map) and 6, the creator just wanted to be creative.
ngl. i do miss the enemies color scheme not changing in the underground/castle levels. i know back then it had to do with the NES pallete limitations, but as a kid i always thought they were dark because..... well it's underground with no sun light
the midway flag is taking things too far. The original got that right, by not having it at all. It's better that way. Making world 2 dark forest feels wrong. No, no. You made me think you were in World 3 instead.

Hmmm.....idk, you can get pretty damn close with 3 and W. I know, there would be some things you'd have to improvise but it would be close enough.
