- It's been a long time...but I'm excited to see you! I'm still chunky, but getting healthier mentally and phsyically every day. This video is a mix of explaining where I've been, my recovery, my other channels, some stories from the early years of this channel, and a renewed outlook for the future.

I don’t think I gave you a heads up before I deleted my instagram a few years ago! I’m very sorry! I always enjoyed talking to you, but I needed to destroy all my social media for mental health reasons. I used to doomscroll and feel bad about myself, so one day I impulsively deleted everything. It benefited my healing tremendously, but there were people like you that I wish I had warned and found other means to stay in touch with. Hope you are well and I’m excited to be back!

heres the newest and some of my favorite older ones....they just started youtube 10 months ago.....

Every week the Family learns 2 new songs...Its always a surprise ...........Sometimes it just the kids doing some Hard Rock or Pop Punk....then sometimes its the whole family doing Ska or Oldies or Philippine Pop or Gospel Tunes......Then its a full day setting everything up to record.....Then takes another day of Dad mixing sound..Then Mom has to edit....This week they did a Ska song Simmer Down and this classic surprised me........
........I wonder how they choose if they take turns or draw names from a hat ??...Its pretty amazing to think they have never played this before...They just all learn their parts then set up the gear...and belt it out........
