    Thanks for information. Many exercises do with high-tech equipment at gym can be done at home with simple equipment that means Door Horizontal Bars, Loop Bands and Exercise Bench. There are abundant videos in RUclips about this. I never went to gym in my life, do all cross-training at home.

      Hi, this is the first level of exercise. So, regular breathing is fine.
