Isn't it a problem if you brew an espresso shot in a glass and then pour it into another cup? A large part of the crema remains in the glass, as you can see right at the beginning of the video. Is this a problem that affects the taste?
Hey thanks for the comment ! Although thick crema is a good sign of a well expected espresso , the taste of crema by itself is actually not that tasty in most cases. Some people prefer skimming crema off of the espresso or stirring in before enjoying the coffee to taste main notes better ( when dialing in for example) a sip of thick crema off the top of your extraction would not be a good indicator of how the overall coffee tastes. Of course it's subjective, but we have never had any complaints of loss of body, flavor, etc. 😁

Oh that's an iced golden chai latte ! They are so good . Turmeric adds a nice extra spice note to it 😊
