Why are you taking a bit of the coffee grounds out every time you dose the coffee?
✨ The coffee recipe requires 23gr dose of the coffee ground, and most of the time, the grinder is being inaccurate, either giving me too much or too little, so I have to scoop it out :)

How to find a Barista work in Australia if I’m from another country?
✨ You have to obtain a visa that allows you to come, stay & work in here first, then you can apply for a Barista job. Most people from other countries (I was too) use Work & Holiday Visa.

Im more impressed that the one delivering orders to the tables helps you to pour milk, adding cinnamon and cover it with the lids. In my previous job they only keep staring at me rather than helping me 😒

@@jmlepunk Yep! 😂 I live in Mexico and people still ask for cinnamon in their capuccinos, specially elderly people. That's why I thought it was cinnamon, Its very rare to see cocoa powder here in a coffee shop.

Every day is different for me, as I’m a casual position staff.. I could do as little as 4 hour shift, up to 9-10 hour shift :) But mostly is around 6-8 hour

It’s no longer an issue now, YAY! Haha.. Oh sometimes the issue is, the pressure is too strong LMAO..

ternyata record di 4k ya kak, i guess if you record it in 1080 juga gamasalah kak. you'll get a longer video and less overheating dan for the post editing is a lot easier for the pc to process it definitely will speed up ur editing ka

There are three grinders actually . Left is for the house blend, middle for single origin and right for batch brew.

this angle is not good..previous one was better.. i dont want to see your backs..i cant see the processes, customer's act, outside etc with new angle.. i just can see your backs and cashier girl and kitchen..plus, zooming camera makes me sick while watching.. the old angle had more attraction ..
About the milk "reheating" aslong as it doesnt go over the boiling point of milk it should be all fine^^
