You do good videos! For you to look the way you do, products alone wouldn't be enough. You've now revealed facial exercises, so gave them a go from what you demonstrated: I felt a pull I haven't experienced before on the left and right with the neck ercercise. I know of some techniques, but was unaware of the one demonstrated with doing neck exercises with head to each side for that pull! It's good you're introducing in office and at home rejuvenating treatments as I'm a big believer in most of them. The Plasma Pen is very useful for skin tightening on the neck. People can even use a cheap Plasma Pen (but patch test first and use a low setting!) with a nib that's not as fine as professional Plasma Pens: it still does the job. Space it apart and use numbing cream!

I haven't yet, but I am seriously thinking of it. Love the neck exercise recommendations.
In a vid at the start if October you said that you would review some items, one of them being the Lumo.
I bought this at the start of August.
I am disappointed that it does not come with instructions.
I also want to know if the blue light is damaging in any way.
I have mistakenly used on my upper eyelids..
They need to be clear as to what you can and cannot do with it.
I would love a review from you.
Or if you have already done it, then I would be grateful for the link.
    Keep up the great work.

I am working on the review for Lumo now, and it's pretty positive. I know they just recently updated their instructions and my device came with some. I'd check their website for those. They also have a good video on how it works and how to use it here: ruclips.net/video/0zpCiPEyQ1U/видео.html
Hopefully, that's helpful. The different lights provide different benefits and neither are harmful to skin. It's not the same blue light from say, a cell phone..

Do you swallow while lifting or at the top of the lift. Do you keep swallowing during the lift for that 15 seconds?

No, I tighten the muscles that you would use to swallow and hold that tension.

The must be used daily pretty much for at least 2 hours for the kind of results you'd like.
