Face yoga has saved my neck. At 39 I was starting to see some creepy sagging skin that bugged me. When I started face yoga, it did firm my neck and got rid of the saggy skin.
I have been doing facial exercises for 25 years, it works ! For neck a hood one is tilt head back, look up and stick your tongue out up to the ceiling, hold for 8 seconds, repeat x 4❤️
I do this too. And when I’m driving and need to keep my eyes on the road, I just stick my tongue out (towards up) and hold. It also works the neck muscles
The roller micro needling damages the skin as it tears as it rolls. The straight pen-like style micro needler is the best option. Thanks for all the info. I’m an esthetician and love all this stuff.
I've been doing your neck exercise for a few months now. I can see a difference and my neck feels better. Looking forward to the facial yoga exercises!
@@GuerreroDomi hello, just advise from my dermatologist….over the counter DIFFERIN gel….it’s a little bit pricey, but it works. Just don’t get scared by the first reaction of your skin,it’s called retinol ugly….keep going, start slow…just maybe twice a week on the night regime, if well tolerated, do every other day and even every day, when you get used to it. Thank you for this. Genetically, my neck is really prone to sagging. My brother is younger than me and his is worse, but mine is starting to sag. Thank you so much.
Amazing, you are my official skin guru! Thank you so much for sharing and for all your hard work. BTW, I’m 60 and my neck looks good. I have been using many different things to keep it looking good (not one specific product). I just make sure I use something every day.
The neck is such a challenge. Trying a few items that were suggested and do see some improvement. Will stay the course, and will always apply sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen!
You’ve saved me lots. No major expensive tools. Your retina application to stop the peeling is working perfectly. I’ve Dermarolled for years. You will love it
All the dermatologists and spa people I talk to say microneedling is actually very damaging for the skin. There are better ways to get a more youthful look. Most of these suggestions are actually good, thanks.
Looking down to our devices like cell phones, lap tops or even reading... Creates neck sagging and neck lines so let's remember to keep our chins up when doing these things and of course all the wonderful tips on this video. 😊
Hey Chris please write a book for us on how to keep our skin looking good!!! Thanks your a pretty Great Guy!!! Also are you working out more cause you look buff!!!
I had ultherapy when it first came out but noticed little results. For my skin, fraxel laser in the neck and chest is a game changer. Skin looks much more youthful. However, no lift. I highly recommend fraxel for face , neck and chest being done every other year.
Yes, Ultherapy WORKS! BUT! It can be extremely painful (I had to be numbed with an injection), results didn't show for about 6 months (I've had it done 3x on my lower face and neck), results lasted about a year and the expense was about $3500 per treatment. It just became too expensive to continue with.

I love the Cerave skin renewing serum! I’ve been wanting to try microneedling but I’m so nervous 😬 with having dry, sensitive skin! Thank you so much Chris!
New subscriber here and loving your tips, tricks and everything you're putting into your videos! I have found that castor oil is actually helping me! Im in my 50's and just recently discovered this little trick.. Not only does it moisturize my skin, but it also helps with dark spots also! I used to do the neck exercises you've mentioned quite frequently but got away from them.. Not because I didnt like them but because I got lazy lmao..
I purchased a deminuage from you recommendation. It works well but I find myself realistically only able to use it once a week, so I bought the next size needle up from the daily booster. Have you use the deeper nanochips and would you recommend going up to the highest size ?!
You do good videos! For you to look the way you do, products alone wouldn't be enough. You've now revealed facial exercises, so gave them a go from what you demonstrated: I felt a pull I haven't experienced before on the left and right with the neck ercercise. I know of some techniques, but was unaware of the one demonstrated with doing neck exercises with head to each side for that pull! It's good you're introducing in office and at home rejuvenating treatments as I'm a big believer in most of them. The Plasma Pen is very useful for skin tightening on the neck. People can even use a cheap Plasma Pen (but patch test first and use a low setting!) with a nib that's not as fine as professional Plasma Pens: it still does the job. Space it apart and use numbing cream!
I'm interested but weary about micro needling at home. How do you make sure you're not damaging your skin or getting infections? I can't wait to see your video on mn. Thanks for the work you do... I'm very grateful for this channel! 💖😃
I have a Phone Sanitizer that I use after I clean my needling roller. First I clean it, then spray some hydrogen peroxide on it, then I put it in my phone sanitizer and run the cycle twice, and I turn it between the two cycles.

I was looking at vitamin A (retinol) products and they all have so much other stuff that I don't want to put in my body. I'm considering applying ghee or butter, no joke. I have started taking vitamin A (real vitamin A, NOT the precursor which is found in plants and wrongly called vitamin A) and think I see a difference in my pores, they look smaller. Have always had large pores, I'm currently 46 years old.
