Here’s a good ending of my own for this song:
Before SHE could attack Komi, an unnamed 19 year old boy drop kicks HER to stun her for a little while. The mystery man freed Tadano and Komi. They ran to the exit door as SHE tried to chase them. The mystery man calls the Fuzz and SHE gets arrested. Meanwhile, Tadano is taken to a hospital and gets his face fixed.
By the way, The Fuzz is another way of saying Police.

What's the story on that?
Doujin (fanmade manga) of a wholesome anime and manga "Komi-san Can't Communicate !" that is about a girl (the one that got killed here) that have problems with making friends by being socially akward and Tadano (The guy that sing in later part of the song) is her friend and later boyfriend that want to help her out with that issue. Hitomi is little sister of Tadano and in that Doujin is shown as psychopatic monster that mentally,physically and sexually abuse Tadano because of her jealousy of Komi and when Komi came to their house to meet with Tadano she also got captured and tortured. Doujin ends with Hitomi killing Komi and Tadano with implications that after that she commited suicide so she can be with him forever.
If you want a simple varaiant of janus explaining, little sister likes her older brother wayyy too much and so kills his girlfriend (the girl you see in the start with long hair)
And then kidnaps her older brother and kills him off later prob
