since because of that they are legally female any judge will say legally we cant distinguis between a biological woman with female on their birth certificate and a transgender male to female 's birthcertificate stating female.....

when you join a platform you agree to terms and conditions - if its your company you should be entitled to restrict and determine users - --- not fair ... there are in london men only clubs, women only clubs, gay only clubs, horse owner only clubs --- personally no problem with that and if its your group, suggest a decent legal to write the regs - then a court cant argue.
