- To cake my Carnival Mega cake, I baked 12lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake into fun carnival colour layers with sweet Italian meringue buttercream between each. The entire cake is covered in carnival classics such as popcorn, cotton candy, and so much more! I'm currently dieting right now, and watching your videos really helps me with getting over junk food. I get that that doesn't make much sense, but the relief of watching you build these scrumptious, melt in your mouth, colossal, to-die-for cakes is immense and fills my brain with hopes and dreams for when I have my next cheat day xxx

They overlap a bit nowadays but traditionally, no.
This cake definitely made me think of a circus. To me, a carnival is funnel cakes, corn dogs, and cotton candy which is standard food because there's always going to be a food difference by region.
