I hope A.I. really do this job completely. I worked in a callcenter for years! It's a place very stressful and make you get illnesses. Besides, the payment is little and we don't have any support for mental health I'm from Brazil, South America!
I totally agree. I guess it doesn't depend on a country. Callcentre is a very thankless job where a lot of people blame you just because you work there ah
The Sith were very empathetic towards Jeremy after he joined their cause because, you know, all the Sith understood the boredom of staying in the Jedi Order. As a matter of fact, Jeremy was getting angry at the Jedi Order for wasting years of his life, and he began yelling towards the general direction of the Jedi Temple. It took Jeremy's Sith friend Geoff an entire hour to pacify him. Jeremy was so mad at the Jedi Order that he started planning a takeover of the Jedi Temple, which he hoped to do in the near future.
AI may be quite useful, however, I still prefer to learn from human teachers . As a matter of fact, I am a huge fan of your teaching channel. Thank you so much for all your podcasts and videos.
Great topic. As well as India from Central America we also have this scenarios, however I noticed most people tend to speak to a real human, like Latinos, they like to give a thorough explanation about their issue, even extending it to other personal issues 🤣🤣
As a matter of fact, Mylene's opinion that AI lacks empathy is not accurate. She's likely just afraid of losing her job in the near future. If you chat with the ChatGPT-4o model, you'll understand what I mean. I consider myself empathetic, so I recommend that Mylene learn a new skill that is less likely to be replaced by AI, in case she needs to find a new job.
AI will take over a ton of people's jobs in the near future. But I don't think it'll take over everything since it's not empathetic. As a matter of fact, many people know that.

What does down 3:20 mean here?
We use 'shout down the phone' to exaggerate how aggressively someone is shouting during a phone call.
Yes, it's true. Machines lack empathy. Thanks for this video.
