    my mind is overloaded in wake of such packed lesson. I need to dip into myself and attain the mindfulness getting rid off the grim thoughts

    Actually, my resilience comes from lessons that I learned from Buddhism. Difficulties are unexpected so I have to learn to overcome them instead of escaping.
    I'm really glad if BBC can fix mistakes in my sentence. Thanks ❤

    I listened how explain the profesor the mean about resilient and he said how suport social institution in your ownself but if one person don't have this resourses haven't chance or road that be resilient?

    having listened to this class I came across this word " entered into" .And now what the grammar is correct : "I entered the university" or " I entered into the university"? " I entered the room" or "I entered into the room"?
