I'm a Registered Nurse in Nigeria. I tried applying and it stated that I needed to have the right to work. How do I get that if I'm not employed or sponsored for it? This needs to be reviewed if they are to give out jobs otherwise there will be jobs and no one from outside UK or EU countries can apply except for people within.
Just went for a job didn’t get it because men don’t get a chance against happy good looking young females some of us men are better care givers but the care sector is sexist big time sort it out

No, it doesn't need to be changed. It explains you need the correct visas and collects documents. It's not hard to understand.
