Wait I’m confused.? I clicked the time stamp you commented and it says it brought me to 6:11 and it shows that the video is 6:21 long but it ends at 6:11 so I don’t see a car and I didn’t even see the tornado
And waste of storage space. You'd think the uploader could've at least trimmed the video. Anyone watching, just skip ahead to the 6 minute mark. At least then you'll see some wind picking up, hitting the shrubs, and then the tornado force winds kick in. Still, even then it's very anticlimactic considering the video cuts out right in the middle of what you presumably waited 6 freaking minutes to see.......
I don't find this video wasteful. I do see kids running to the school building from the school bus to seek shelter before the tornado struck. Probably the reason why the camera cut the tornado scene short because either the camera fell down, or lost power. It gets really shaky at the end!
You presume that everyone here had already been through tornado drills in school - both staff and students - so everybody knew where to take shelter when the real thing happened.
I liked this video. I don't think it was really about the tornado but more about the way the people in the video chose to react in the five or six minutes they had before the tornado hit. That little line of kids from the second school bus was nerve-racking to watch.
This question is for residents of Henryville during that time - was there a tornado warning out or just a watch? I'm just curious to know if there was ample time for a little planning or if this monster hit all of a sudden. I've been in a few tornados, but never in the direct path of one that was on the ground, but just a few times of a funnel cloud passing overhead. I could hear it coming; it hailed & got windy as if the funnel was completely on the ground. It was scary.
I'm not a Henryville resident, but it was a warning. The tornado was rated EF-4, so it was weaker than the Joplin tornado, however unlike Joplin, Missouri, this twister destroyed the ENTIRE town. So things were not looking good. However buildings were rebuilt. Did you know during the tornado a bus was hurled into a diner across the street from where it was parked?
We had a tornado in pur NC town the same day of that tornado. My older brother was in middle school and the tornado went in 2 towns. Our entire county went under tornado warning.
I heard from a co worker on US 41 near I 64 the whole cloud was hanging and the troopers blocked traffic until it passed. The truckers weren't annoyed because it could be seen for miles. It didn't drop there but it really looked like it would. The storm seemed to follow I-64 right to Henryville which is quite a ways east of that encounter. Its just frustrating that a dangerous storm that was documented well west of the area hit still caused deaths and serious injuries.
That explained why the busses stayed put a the driver ordered the bus to unload its children,Back in school to get to a study building for cover from the tornado, good move who ever ordered it
Jako fakt? Tohle vide má 6 minut a dvacet sekund. Celou dobu se nic neděje (Ve dvou minutách přijede druhý bus a někde v dálce přeběhne pár dětí. Foukat začne v šesté minutě a desáté sekundě. Po dalších deseti sekundách je konec. Zabitých šest minut a pak další minuta u psaní komentu.
Are they supposed to say a long message? Yes, maybe they dont want to waste 10 minutes of their time to write a message that will soon get covered up by more messages
That person is a hero she helped 11 Little kids she's a hero but she said no she's not she really is I'm sad that tornado hit that is really scary once I was being born tornadoes in Manchester South Dakota I was born in that tornado tell he's really creepy😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
So all the news stories about the bus driver getting the kids inside the school "mere seconds before the tornado struck" really meant to say "a mere 4 minutes before the tornado struck" lol Still, kudos to her.
It's a shame that the best part is missing. It was going to be really interesting and then the video finishes. You can skip to 6:00, the other minutes are useless.
What was the dude driving and busting a u @6:11 doing??? Seriously man u see a tornado approaching, get the f out. I never understood how ppl in cars get trapped in these situations. Turn the dam car around and floor it!
I know this is old but if you watch the other video showing the inside of the school bus the video makes more sense. The bus driver turned around back to the school because of the reports that a tornado was on the ground. She got 11 students and herself to safety. You can see them all run in to the school after she pulls up.
THE CAR AT 6:11 ON THE STREET AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN THAT GOES "NOPENOPENOPENOPE" RIGHT BEFORE THE TWISTER HITS. LMFAO.
Wait where?
OH LOL
THAT CAR:

Starts at 6:07 to those of you who don't want to wait six minutes.
6:20 minute video for 2 seconds of tornado.
🙄🙄🙄
It wasn't 2 seconds of tornado. It was 9 seconds of the twister.
Ikr
It was because the camera shut off because of tornado
That bus driver at the end is a hero
OMG...that SUV driver...IT DON'T MATTER IF YOU PARK PROPERLY IN A SPOT! There's a FREAKING TORNADO COMING!!
6mins of editing could have went along way..fyi..
Look at at the cars at the bottom at end of the video. Damn!
0:13 the black car in the background: GAS GAS GAS I'M GONNA STEP ON THE GAS
I don't understand the purpose of showing the first 6 minutes of this vid. Nothing happens until the VERY end. Waste of time.
And waste of storage space. You'd think the uploader could've at least trimmed the video. Anyone watching, just skip ahead to the 6 minute mark. GO CRY TROLL😂😂😂😢😢😢
@@nikkinicklus7587 why are you yelling and upset lol

Does anyone know if everyone was ok? Poor people and kids it makes me heart so sad.
Those in the school were all ok :)
+Dark Comedy i see why ur names dark comedy
Yeah nobody was hurt or killed in the school
I know a crazy thing, the gym in that exact school afterwards, there were ceiling pieces hanging off of the top of the gym
I'm proud of who ever ordered the kids back in school for cover, that was smart,a school bus hit would of had fatalities, and a very sad ending
one of those buses was sent into the restaurant across the street and for a while after it was rebuilt it was called budroe's bus stop
Yes. It was the 211 bus, the further one up with the hazard lights on and kids running out.
@@LITTLE1994 that's my bus!
The bus drivers were heros in getting the children back to the school and inside before this monster hit.
i was about to say weres the tornado then it got to 6:13 nvm
You presume that everyone here had already been through tornado drills in school - both staff and students - so everybody knew where to take shelter when the real thing happened.
Holy shit. Even though it's just 12 seconds of tornado, still very interesting. Look at how the wind just fucking moves the bus. DAMN.
Did they edit something out
Where????
I wonder how the kids are doing now that must have been terrifying for them
I liked this video. I don't think it was really about the tornado but more about the way the people in the video chose to react in the five or six minutes they had before the tornado hit. That little line of kids from the second school bus was nerve-racking to watch.
I don't think so. The camera starts to move at the last second of the video, so I think it got taken out by the tornado.
It's a shame that everyone dislikes the video JUST because they don't read the description
This tornado was the henryvile ef4 with winds of 175 mph estimated
I was like OMG GET THE REST OF THE KIDS OFF THE BUS:( but then I realized there was only one on there
1 person died in this tornado. No children were killed or injured,in case you were wondering.

Um I guess the camera going down is the reason why it stopped
look at how it mooved those cars like they were toys!
Anyone else notice how easily the trees, in the top right corner, got flattened at 6:10?

I was just thinking the same thing. At least the driver mange to get the kids back to the School to take cover.
Indeed she was.
Pretty much. Only the last 3 seconds or so actually show the tornado.
:me: *sees walking person* :also me: WHY THE HELL ARE YOU WALKING ITS AN EF4
hmm yes that was a tornado at the end , and no that was not Straight-line winds
4:50 A different school bus on the road. Why didn't they go to the school
A long video of a parking lot, 5 seconds of wind.
This doesn't really show the big part of the tornado
I was in the school when the tornado hit... I'm not joking 😰
What was it like?
i went to that school last year

You can't predict the path of a tornado.
during?
this is literally my school- i was 1, 2, or 3 at the time (6th grader rn).
I drove past this school. Completely destroyed.
(Not really a) fun fact: the 2nd bus that pulled up was thrown to a diner across the street.
is this just 6 minutes of buses sitting on the parking lot?
No, there is tornado footage at the end of the video.
It didn't show the hole thing
This video just shows the begin part of the tornado
it all happens in the last 5 seconds, is there any continuation of this?
Right idk why they cut it off
At first I was like, wheres the tornado :I? Then I was HOLY SHIT
its in the last few seconds of the video.. i wonder if there's a part 2..
what a cliff hanger!!! where's part 2?
Never mind it was a different school
No, this was in Indiana.

well, you can see he turns back but omg, just 5-10 seconds before it strikes him. Leave the damn car and take refuge ffs.
He turned back the way he was coming from. He wasn’t going into it
I think the reason the vid has 160 (at the moment) dislikes is they did not see the end of the vid. :/
Wow! they made me watch this whole video, when the real action is at the end >:(
