How To Tighten PB-RS3 Power Base with RS2/3/4 Gimbal

This method does NOT work on my RS3 Pro. I've tried this dozens of times with the button pressed and it still does not lock. This is a very expensive accident waiting to happen when the gimbal falls off.

It is also not working on my RS2 :( Such a shame that this product is not working and I have to send it back and buy the smallrig instead...
