I am loving watching you paint these birds on the fence and I feel like I'm learning a lot. Could you tell me specifically, and I know you have all the brushes listed, but which one is it that you were bragging about from Princeton as you are painting the feathers on the birds? It's a red brush, but I can't tell which one it is. Thank you so much.

Love this one !! I love doing the harder paintings bc I learn a lot of diff techniques and I feel so great when I’m able to accomplish it. Do they make gray pallet paper for the wet pallet? I would love to get some but can’t find any . It helps me with values which I am still struggling with value in color. Also if your canvas becomes really thirsty bc u added gesso bc it was a real cheap one what can u do to help that? It just seems to make the colors look little duller and chalkier .Thank you

I used a raiser blade to make my racky Fillburt.
would a grainer be good for a beard? or better with a line brush? do you have a list of brushes and what they are good to used for when painting certain shapes or etc such as in this example ?

During the area where you are using the grainer on the feathers. is that dry painting. or are you getting water without me seeing? how wet is the grainer brush?.. my lines are not making it to far.?

I wonder if using thinning shears that beauticians use on a Filbert, if it would work to make a grainer?
If you do that to a flat or bright it would work too. Make sure it is a good stiff brush. Or a good stiff fan brush could work as well 💜

First little bird not fat enough, all of them not squatting enough. Like them squatting down like to stay warm. Otherwise beautiful.

Thank you for letting me know - I am not sure how old the artists is so I will keep an eye on what is happening. Hopefully they self correct without anyone having to reach out. If they keep doing it I may have to do something But I hope that the gentle go with the flow will work.
