    Upper body day! Here's a fast 25 minute workout. Enjoy!
    Warm ups:
    1. Shoulder rolls
    2. Side swings
    3. Cactus arms open & close
    4. Elbow circles
    5. T-twists
    Upper body:
    1. Bicep curls
    2. Tricep kickbacks
    3. Bent over rows (palm in)
    4. Shoulder press
    5. Chest press
    6. Single alternating upright rows
    Core:
    1. Extensions on back - same side arm & leg
    2. Russian twists
    3. Single toe taps
    4. Alternating leg touch
    5. Standing penguins
