The confusion regarding Rule 24 (Rules of the Road)!!

Sir. I understand what you are saying. However, practically, I am right to say that the additional masthead light (this is used to indicate 50m or more in length) is usually placed at the aft (higher and horizontally separated) and not fwd? This is my main confusion when I see your ROR cards video.

A PV engage in towing >50m length and tow >200m, RAM seen from stbd or port.

Underway and making way.....the one being towed is only making way

Underway, probably making way, we cant say if it is making way or not because a towing vessel is by definition a power driven vessel
