Croissants will always have a special place in my heart. A good quality croissant is one of the most delicious things you can eat in my opinion. It's such a laborious pastry to make though.

He has a laminator. Laminating the dough by hand is the hardest part, so yes, letting a machine do this complicated part, the rest is easy indeed.
