gorgeous apartment and really cool video, but are you sure it's the most expensive??? It's not even in the Continuum complex.......it's far away from the ocean beach. The services this building offers is not equivalent to the Continuum, or even Apogee.....?
If it's sold at this price it could very well be a record in South Beach. I can't remember hearing of a more expensive place. Currently this is the most expensive apartment in Miami Beach. I verified this with Zillow by searching the Miami Beach neighborhood and filtering for apartments and sorting by highest first. This one sits on top of the list.
This sort of location appeals to those who can’t decide if they want to live downtown, in Brickell, or on South Beach so they compromise by buying a high rise property in the center of all 3, with a 360 degree view via floor-to-ceiling windows.
The most expeive penthouse in Miami Beach should be beachfront. If im paying that amount of money i wanna see nothing but blue in front of me. Not worth what theyre asking IMO!!
I agree, for that price you could buy an island with a beach. That said, this apartment is unique with its incredible size. The rooftop alone is 11,000 square feet.
A beachfront property can literally be found on any coast in the world, but there is only 1 Miami. And this place puts you in the middle of it all, while still being able to see everything. Including the beach. It's a total win-win. Don't know what you're bummed about...
I’ve been watching this penthouse since, 2010, LITERALLY! Definitely NOT WORTH THE ASKING PRICE! In my opinion. It had a hard enough time selling for the 14M asking price since 2007. So what makes the owner think that because of this crazy market, this price is acceptable? I would entertain the original asking price of 14M and no more…
It doesn't matter what we think of the price, you and I can't afford it, and all it takes is one sale, one buyer with deep pockets and no common sense.
For the money it’s worth every dollar beautiful penthouse. I love the views everything about it but I have a question all that luxurious furniture does it come with the apartment? Is it a turnkey unit?
I dont think it does but I'm sure it can be negotiated. Here is more info on the penthouse: www.compass.com/listing/450-alton-road-unit-ph1-miami-beach-fl-33139/1438587235119419665/
Here is the listing. If you manage to get a buyer please let her know u saw it here first lol: www.compass.com/listing/450-alton-road-unit-ph1-miami-beach-fl-33139/1438587235119419665/
Great video, but this place isn't even remotely worth $55mil. About 85% of it needs an overhaul & renovations. Also, it's great u get all that terrace space, but it's all unkempt & dingy
It's almost impossible to have the rooftop looking perfect with the constant sun, rain and salt hitting it. I agree, the price is insane but if someone buys it then not so much.
Nao moraria num predio desses nem se me pagassem. Tenho fobia de altura e a proteção das varandas sao muito frágeis, fora isso o apartamento e lindo. 🤭🇧🇷
Yes and it looks like the price was reduced to $47.5M. See more here: www.compass.com/listing/450-alton-road-unit-ph1-miami-beach-fl-33139/1438587235119419665/
*450 Alton Rd PENTHOUSE 1, Miami Beach, FL 33139 Is it everything you thought the most expensive apartment in Miami Beach, FL would be like?*
If you can get your clients back to a realistic asking price around the 14M original asking price, let’s talk!
It’s a beautiful place perfect
Hey glad u liked it! Happy Holidays
Another Legendary video.
Great work as usual.
Wow, thanks!
THE BEST OF THE BEST ❤❤❤
I’M SPEECHLESS ❤

My favorite RUclips channel, just wish the updates were faster.😁😁
So nice of you! New video coming out next weekend.
That must be for the whole apartment building because, what the heck...lol
The roof top alone is over 5 times bigger than my house! lol
@@Legendary_Productions Oh, wow... The styling and architecture is very nice and clean, I would love to see that in person. 😍
Better have a 100’ plus ft. Azimut docked out back for that price
I'm with you. This thing needs to come with a yacht or something.

Agree with amazing veiws
But imo the combination between land and water is way better view than just ocean view....ocean view is boring because all you can see is just water
🔥🔥🔥👏👏👏
Thank you!

cielings are only like 20 cm thick . you will hear your upper neighbor while she walking with shoes lol . sory for english.
That's the beauty of this place. It's the top floor and they have no upstairs neighbor.
i was thinking about ppl down ^^ . they have it worst .@@Legendary_Productions
Loved your video, well shot. No disrespect to realtors, but shockingly overpriced. Probably should be priced at half that amount.
Thanks. I believe the price has come down to $47.5M now (which is still wild).
I'd rather live at the '01 !!
Which one is that
Doesn't feel so much of a home
More like a hotel
Is it forsale
