The house has a trick up its sleeve. The house sits on a semi finished basement so any water would only hit that level. If it goes higher you have real problems.

The outside feels like three different homes because its so large. I can excuse all that because of the location and to me the interior is very nice.

Kills me, these multimillion dollar mansions and ZERO security. Any group of home intruders can just cruise up in a boat and walk in- unreal.
The whole area has security. You can’t even get into the neighborhood without meeting guard gated security in the first place. The whole neighborhood is guarded off. As far as the boats go idk, but I know you can’t just drive in there without someone confronting you.
Nah they got 24 hour armed guards on the water in Gables Estates.
It's a gated neighborhood so they at least are tracking all the cars that go in and out. Getting their by boat is a different thing. The owner has cameras all around this place.
