I don't think he just idly threatened a Part 2. Ren doesn't leave stories unfinished, either. His art is his autobiography at this point. I feel pretty confident in thinking that he will return to this topic once it's concluded... however it turns out, it's something that he will have to process. This is how he processes. I always knew Ren would be absolutely terrifying when angered. I was not ready for him to show it so openly...and I loved every second! 🔥🐷🔥
Additional thoughts. The threat of Part 2 is not idle but, perhaps is dependent on Kujo's next move. Maybe the warning is literal. Maybe Ren has worse dirt on Kujo that he hasn't let out. You know that if Ren gave his word to not make something public unless Kujo talks shit again, he will keep his word...in either scenario. He won't drop Part 2 unless Kujo runs his mouth. If Kujo runs his mouth, Ren airs out everything that he knows. Ren's also smart enough to have made a contingency plan to capitalize on the expectations of a Part 2. Thing is Kujo did this to jay z too. Many producers use this tactic in the industry. Sell their beats to artist using unlicensed samples. It’s in the contract that 3rd party samples could be used or something not clear. But they won’t just disclose the information hoping artists don’t check and just trust they are doing a good deal. Hopefully this can shine light on this shameful tactic used in the industry to have more control
