Great video, don't understand the low view count. When I cast in Bedrock I often get gaps and holes in my walls and this is the first video where someone actually pointed out there is a difference between Bedrock and Java - I will try the 'everything wall' and see how that works.
@@Pinkymus same! I play with my son on the Switch (neither of us have played Minecraft before) and every tutorial gave me holes and gaps I was getting really frustrated, but this video was a big help
@@roarke222 yeah in bedrock the moment the lava got turn to obsidian the flow either dont convert to stone at all or it will dissapear to fast for it to turn to stone So you have to protect the lava source from water😊
Was watching this and totally thought it said you had 134k subs and not 134. Was kinda shocked when I realized it. You got high quality videos only a matter of time
This was super useful. The only issue is the amount of lava you would need for larger casts is a real pain to get in survival. This is also the only bedrock version I found.
Yeah, I know the amount of lava is a real issue in survival, I reccomend emptying your inventory then brining 36 buckets to the nether and then just spam-collecting from a lava lake, or if you have shulkers, bring those :-)
Yeah, finally I found someone explaining the differences between lavacasting in Java and Bedrock. I had reached the same conclusion: you need the lava flowing in Bedrock, so no casting a whole structure with a single lava bucket. Thx for the really well explained video! 😉👍
@@Pinkymus Thx for replying. I reached this video after seeing your previous video about lava cast, very useful also 😉 Both deserve more visualizations. As a suggestion for making a video that reaches a good number of visualizations in the topic, what about making a castle through lava cast but in survival mode? You would have to struggle much more, but it is a good challenge (imo)
Hmm, you could make two everything walls next to eachother and build a walkway inbetween, it wont be quite the same as in Java, I would definetly test it out in a creative world first
hey pinkymus, i play on a little known survival server for bedrock edition and was wondering if i could get you to build some structures at my base? i’ll supply you with whatever materials you’ll need, and i will tackle any interiors/replacing blocks for texture
Hey dyl, Thank you for the offer, but unfortunatly I don't see myself having the time to help you out in game. If you want me to just help with suggestions on how to lava cast (I assume that's what you wanted me to do) you are welcome to ask me all you want, And I'll do my best to give useful answers! If you haven't already, you can also join the discord, there it's a lot easier to chat with me, and get tons of tips and help from all the other people who have joined :D
I hope it will help as well, I would say that the games are very similar and you could almost play them with out noticing the difference. It's mostly the wierd creature comforts like the F3 screen, mods and such that I really felt were missing. But then againg bedrock has a lot of uniqe features as well like RTX xD
Have an idea for something that is NOT a castle, that you would want to see lavacast? Leave it here :-)
A mountain. You can lavacast on top of trees to get organic shapes.
@@nameless5646 Uhh, that sounds pretty smart, I will defiantly experiment with that!
@Dwight A. Spencer Also sounds like a good idea! I'm putting it on my list ;-)

Wow thank you so much! I hope so as well xD
Brilliant video, the first one I've found that's useful for bedrock lava casting. That's a lovely castle too 😊
Im glad you found it useful, and thanks😊

@@Pinkymus I was thinking lava farm because ghasts and skeletons always swarm me like a swat team.
Oh yeah that might also be a great way of doing it! :D

Thanks for explaining this for bedrock😂 great explanation and maybe the only one for bedrock!
Thanks! Yeah there arent many casting tutorials for bedrock unfortunatly, but im glad you liked mine :D
You really make some useful video
It helped me a lot
Thank you so much
It's my pleasure, always glad to help
Thank you. I did not understand that if the lava block is turned to obsidian the rest won't cobble
You are welcome!
Yup just realise th8s now
@@Pinkymus i sub btw
This is awesome, you deserve way more subs
Thank you very much! xD I'm glad you liked it!
Thanks for the first explanation oart

Thanks a lot madam! Saved the day!
You are welcome :D
Best ❤
this is really good
Thanks a lot
Nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
How would I go about making a wall that could have a walkway. I wanted to mimic the wall from the java build, but I'm not sure that it would work

Thx! :)
Welcome!
Cool video
Thanks xD
I'm bouta go crazy in my survival wrld with a lava farm and some buckets
Honestly ever since lava farms became a thing its been so much easier to cast in survival, I Hope ypu have fun😊

Hey MAAX hope that means you like it xD
Few days ago i started thinking about switching to win 10 edition bcoz of tremendous lag in java edition .i hope this will help me a lot.thanks

Instead of guessing where the lava will fall I typically use the coordinates to get it perfectly!
That actually sounds like you got a really smart Idea there, I'll have to try using it :D
We need more bedrock lava cast 💪👍🙂🙂🙂😊
True! We need more lavacasting in general xD
yooo i think they fixed it because i was able to build a tower with one lava bucket like in java 😳😳
Eyy that's great to hear!
Im trying to figure out to make building easier so i though lava would be the best way to do it im on bedrock so :)
