That was so much fun! But i noticed that you guys cheat because several of the specimens were labeled! They would gave been really hard to guess otherwise and some i had never heard of. But either way, it was a lovely bunch of specimens and thank you both for your knowledge and information on each one of the specimens, labeled or not. It was fun!

Some of these specimens have labels on the bases while they "guess" what they are. I call shenanigans!
Lotta pretty stones though, would love to have a large fluorite like in this vid someday.

I just reorganized my collection and your channel just makes it even easier to do so! I also still have a box of unidentified specimens I have to do something with, might go to my local university to see if there's a geologist that has some time to help me!

Could we please get a video showing all the different types of faceting shapes for gemstones and why some gems are better or can only be cut in certain ways.
I feel like it could be an interesting video

I just found your site, very informative. I didn’t know there were that many different minerals on the world in the world. For a very short time in my life I was kind of a rock hound. But then I had to move and move all my rocks. So now I collect coins and spoons my whole collection can fit in a shoebox. Again thank you for showing us all these different elements or stones or how do I ever you say it.

Tis quite a vibrant pink that inesite has there, the specimens I've managed to obtain have always been a more subdued peachy colour.
A wonderful little collection of goodies today👍
    Thanks, love it.

I've found I really adore dendritic opal (common opal with fossilized plant matter). I know it's just poch, but the fossilized bits play in the imagination the same way as finding shapes in clouds. It's very whimsical to me!

The quality of the video was off. Lots of color distortion at the beginning. Also, Rob and Brit usually identified the stone before we were able to see it clearly enough to guess ourselves. I personally enjoy having an opportunity to test my own knowledge while watching. I did love the length of the video and the concept. It was fun to watch. Love your channel very much! Keep up the good work!
