@@dulcebautista2899 First row is a chain of 33 Second row is 31 stitches ( because you shoukd start in 3rd chain from the hook) Third row, if you start from Half double crochet , you should also finish with 1 half double crochet. Are you shure your row 2 had 31 stitches, not 30?
