I’m in the USA and I’m a Bluegrass or. I’m trying to find a Furch dreadnought I can try. I guess the nearest dealer is around 300 miles away. There is one in Texas but that’s about 600 miles away. Either way I look forward to playing one By the way according to the boys and girls in Czech Republic, it’s pronounced “Furk”
Love your enthusiasm mate. I was in Stratford upon Avon last Wednesday-Friday, visiting from Geordieland and actually sought your shop out but it was closed at the time but time constraints meant I couldn't really hang around. Next time though.
If I were to buy a Furch and send it back for a particular pick up system and it was sent back with , not quite the one I asked for ........ would it be ok to send it back such that the one I had asked , and maybe paid for , could be fitted , ? just askin ......Askin for a freind .
Hey Richard, a question for you. What are your thoughts on the Furch Vintage OM models? How do they compare in playability and tone compared to the colour series?
Hello Richard! Thank you for your sweet words! Looking forward to see the wall built 🥳 And don't forget, whatever you need, we are here for you 💛 We hope see you soon! Take care
I've just watched your video from 3 years ago on beginning to learn guitar (or in my case bass) as a lefty and I could go on for a bit but ill just say that I found it to be incredibly helpful and to take a lot of the stress out of the decision ahead. Thanks
Visited Richards guitars last Friday, amazing shop and very helpful staff, I had been hankering after a Godin LGX for a while as I play in a covers duo and needed the flexibility it provides. Amazingly there was a secondhand one my partner spotted in the corner which had been in the shop quite a few years apparently, asked if I could try, both Richard and John really helpful, it played beautifully had to have it so bought it on the spot,. Thankyou Richard for letting me purchase at a very reasonable price, haven’t stopped playing it since ,can’t wait to gig it next week. Loved Richards passion, came through on his videos so I had to visit his shop and I am convinced that guitar had been waiting for me all that time, do yourselves a favour and pay this shop a visit amazing guitars and great people who know their craft and will help you find the ‘one’.
HEY!!!!!!! I found this purely by chance. How lovely for you to comment here. Thank you SO much and I remember you both so well. I love people like you guys. Its what keeps me going. We laugh - we have fun - we talk a bit about god knows what - and you even bought a guitar! Merry Christmas!
I was looking to buy one, but it seems to look a little different from the one I’m looking at? Its the same model, but mine doesn’t have the blinding inlays... is it because its different or newer? Thanks!
Good to see you are doing well :) I wanted to thank you for introducing these awesome brands to us. I am just about to order my custom Dowina. I am from Finland and we have a local dealer here so unfortunately this time I´m not ordering from you. By the way, You probably have already thought about this but I think you should invest in a good microphone. When you talk the sound is alright but it doesnt really complement the sound of these beautiful guitars. It might help your customers to make a buying decision (especially now when its hard to go actually try the guitars) and also help everyone who is just interested in these small brands. There are some ways to do it without making recording/ editing too time consuming.
Getting to the stage where I’ll have to buy a Furch of some description from you guys to ‘add to the set’ of brands which you recommend! I already own x4 Eastmans, x3 Godin, x1 Dowina (about to arrive). Although, apart from Furch, that also leaves………🤣!
Stunning, I played on one once. Furch guitars resonate through you body, its the strangest thing. It makes for most involving experience. Cannot wait to buy one.
Richard, awesome as ever. I will send a message to you and the team, but the Furch guitars are tremendous. The OM MM that you got for me is absolutely lovely, no bling, just a great guitar 👍. I was sad to see the Eastman PCH1 OM that I purchased from you go to make way for it, but it was more than worth the wait.
@@Hrcak1 wowzers! Yes - I suppose we ought to take bigger deposits! Not sure we would get away with 50%! Thats a lot of money to pay up front but no worries and you'll love it I am sure.
Nice one, Richard. Great video, and when the virus stuff is out of the way, would love to have a look in your shop!

Hi Richard. How does the furch display system look like.
Has furch announced anything for 2021 limited or 40th birthday model yet. Best wishes Dean
I was wondering how this compares to the Eastman slope shouldered models.
Hi Richard, how do you feel this guitar compares to the Eastman E20D?
Love your enthusiasm mate.

Have you done a side by side comparison with the D Sr? Don't own a furch yet but, soon. Very very soon lol
Thank you Brian 🙏🏻

Any videos on furch display stand. Wow furch red gc Sr delux gone up by 400 quid.
Did I miss the price and scale length? Is there a mahogany option?
Furch guitars all have 650mm scale length except the Little Jane. (Even the OOM.)
@@IndigoJo thanks for the reply, not for me then, I prefer a short scale.
@@mharri3677 You can order it.
Nice guitars
More blues theory please Richard
Really miss your videos on youtube.
Sounds better than a J45.
Where are you, Richard?!

Yours may be the Furch Vintage 1 with simpler aesthetics without the herringbone detail around the body.
@@RichardsGuitarshop ah I think its the Vintage 2, it also has the herringbone
This guitar sound amazingly good. Thank you that you introduce them here. 🖐
Hello Michael, very nice to meet you! 😉 Thanks for your compliment!
sound quality is still awful, isn't it a pity.... furch vintage is fantastic!!
Its great demonstration and the guitar strums very well with compression that can be done with force of the strum. Very nice, love it.
That guitar sounds wonderful. Were it not for the Atlantic Ocean, I’d come try it out.
Furch May have that vintage vibe which is good but there’s a subtle thing going on with Furch that separates them from straight up Martin copies.
