What I found criminal was that everyone knew he was abusing her including that grandmother but no one did anything. They all knew he chose the other woman allowing her to die, but that too was acceptable. This drama defies reason and logic. He should be jailed for domestic abuse. This kinda show sends the wrong message and portrays China as a lawless place allowing domestic abuse to go unpublished and unreported by clinical staff. Shame, shame...Also, it's offensive that they call it bullying and not domestic abuse. Will avoid dramas from this person whoever he is. Even if this is the case in China, you should be showing a judicial outcome to affect change, not condoning this behavior.

I wholly agree. The worst part was when he called her a prostitute and kneel down in order for her to get the money to help her grandfather. Then made her to kneel down in front of those reporters allowing someone to stab her. Then, he threatened the lives of her grandfather and brother forcing her to come back to his abuse. Why does the FL get fewer scenes, and the husband and the mistress get more scenes. The FL gets all the abuse and humiliation. The mistress that's causing all the problems in the marriage never gets abused. The husband lets the mistress hang all over him in front of his wife but gets upset if his wife talks to another man.

I feel in these dramas FL leads are responsible for the torture they face because they don't know when to quit ,they don't do anything to save themselves neither do they let others help them. I don't feel any sympathy for them. Rather I feel angry.
