    Looks great! I like to make my burgers with 5 oz of 80-20 . Season both sides and flip them every minute for 6 minutes. That leaves a little pink in the middle which I enjoy. Like you said though, to each his own. Great segment though. Thanks, Ernie

    Nooo! You have to first toast the top and bottom buns on the grill with butter! To your credit seasoned perfectly and always 80/20. Nothing better than a double cheese smash burger! First heard of these from George Motz who wrote the best burger book ever called The Great American Burger Book. Love your cooking videos.
