Rachel that came out so pretty! First of all, there is no worry with you picking blindly a lace and fabric, you only have beautiful items, then whatever you do always comes out so beautiful! I love it! I always feel Iike I get so much accomplished watching you and then realize it was you doing all the work! ❤️
Of course I would skip the video where you actually spoke to me! Not sure how it happened but glad I noticed it. And yes, I do understand about the glue stick. It just seems like whenever I see it fall, it is just on the mat but I understand you not wanting to get the mat sticky either. And love, love, love the booklet! Lovely fabric - it is similar to one of my favorite fabrics. More on that later.
Good for you getting out of your comfort zone and doing something on camera that makes you anxious. I never know what I’m going to do, lol, so that’s why I enjoy watching you all. 😂
Hi Rachel I’ve been watching a lot of your videos lately especially these last two I enjoyed with the fabric and laces. Thank you for sharing such beautiful projects. 😊 hello and 👋 from you the UK. Hope you are all doing well and keeping safe
Rachel, I cannot tell you how much your crafting inspires me, thank you. I have gotten back into slow stitching and Jessie Chorley because of you and Sarah and its just like coming home to me, thank you again. Lisa:)
Saw the words ‘fabric & lace’ & joined you in a flash. Definitely my thing. The fabric & lace curtain you used from your stash are just to die for....loved them both. Fabulous projects, Rachel. C.xx
This is adorable. Not sure how I missed this video but glad I found it. I love making little booklets. They are fast, fun and make great little just because gifts.
I absolutely love this video Rachel. Thanks so much. The booklet is such a useful little size. Thanks again for sharing. Glad to hear you are able to get out and about a bit more.
Oh my. I couldn’t get into this project today, but once you sewed the ticking in, I was into it. I love this folder, I love, love the Sanderson fabric and lace. Beautiful!!!!
My hand 🖐 is up. I find myself picking stuff up and just moving it to another spot I am sitting here crafting with you. It is 5:55 am here in Ohio and we are so far apart by miles but here you are right in my craft room in Ohio. Love it.
Fabulous-I especially love the booklet. I will have to try it. Also-I love it that you have so many words and images stamped on fabric. Ready to use!! Thanks for a great video!!
Stunning projects, you always make the best stuff when you make it up as you go. A quick tip for small burns: Rinse under cold water, then put honey on it and cover with a bandaid. The honey helps it to heal quicker and often stops a blister from forming. :)
I love the notebook project! Will be a great gift for each of my sisters during this period when we cannot get together. Should be a cheering gift to receive. Your videos cheer me.😀
Such a gorgeous project today. Love to watch you create. You always inspire me to try new things. I have spent the last few days hand stitching on my tags. Inspired by you. Thank you so much for sharing.
Today I was t feeling my best so I simply laid around and watched YT vids. While watching your video “#The100DayProject / Day 44: quick notebook and tag / inspired by: fabric and lace”, (I wasn’t wearing my glasses so my vision was impaired but I noticed something round and red lying on your table along with something green and white. So I thought maybe you were doing something holidayish! I put my glasses on and there on the table placed so strategically, the bits and pieces were in the shape of Rudolph!!! It wasn’t of course but it sure gave me that impression If you look at the beginning of the video you will see what I saw! LOL Merry Christmas!!
Rachel, Rachel, Rachel !!! Aren't you the most clever girl? I would have never in a zillion years thought to collage and then decoupage pattern paper on top -- the effect is lovely -- and then the lace and the stamped cloth -- I have those aliexpress letters, too -- but I don't know where they ended up -- I bought them for Christmas to stamp like hope and cheer, joy, etc. -- then I put them away and that was the last I saw of them -- but I think you can get similar effect by printing on fabric with your printer -- we're still searching for housing -- everything we think we find is already taken -- so, we're moving out of the city into the county -- we think -- I'm trying to convince my son to move to the beach -- apts. blocks from the ocean are cheaper than the inner city here where they are doing a revival and building more -- I don't know who they think is going to rent them -- all the ones that were rented out prior to completion -- they are these tall high-rises -- now all boost huge signs "available" on all their sides -- we'll see !! My son will not leave that girl -- I was like -- bring her with you -- ugh !!!
Wonderful projects! They would make great gifts to have on hand. I may do some up like that for gifts for my students this year. I always look forward to your and Sarah's videos. Im happy your restrictions are being lifted. Ours in the US are slowly being lifted as well as states begin to open for Memorial Day. Take care and be safe. Say Hello to LuLu from the USA as well.
Thank you Rachel for choosing my inspiration suggestion. I really like this " big rose" style fabric and the raised design netting. Totally my style and something I would make myself! 😙

I love to watch you work. I talk to you all the time I live by my self so I can do what ever Where ya going. ? See what I mean ? I love being here I made 4snipits last week end my first ones . Thanks for sharing this
Adorable notebook, the fabric is beautiful! It would make a great little gift. Love your rabbit stamp. There is definitely a lot of shuffling going on in my art room...you are not alone.😍 P.S. I have that reinforcer punch and it is a pain.
If you wad up the pattern paper before decoupaging it, it gives a really nice wrinkled effect. Keep the wrinkles. And then you could ink them. It will make the wrinkles more visible. They turn out beautifully.

It’s wonderful. I have some bark cloth fabric that was from a slip cover on our couch when I lived in Pennsylvania as a little girl. My parents were married in 1943 so it probably was made around then. I think I will break down and make a few of these for my sister and daughter and of course me. After all, I may as well use it during my lifetime. I love your stamps and have looked for them many times but the ones I like are never in stock. Do you get them from Amazon? Have a nice day. I had one of those punches and it stuck all the time...in an attempt to fix it I broke it in bits🙁i am using small hole pun c and then a small circle punch to make a similar hole covering...thinking about it now why not glue a small it to tag and then punch...idea💡you do such fun things❤️
