Yes, it's finnaly here. I remember in 2022 that I was annoyed that I could not download it but now I can.
i need to figure out how to use this and get rid of the noises you hear any time a tipe or click on my mouse. I can't get ObS to work with stream yard very well so that isn't a realy option for me.
The taps and bumps are likely from your mic picking them up. these are where filters come in. I use OBS exclusively, and I've never tried streamyard, so I can't help there.
hiii! basically when i click on voicemod after i install it, a pop-up comes up with "we're verifying your account , we need to open log-in credentials. If you find any issue, please restart voicemod and try again." Once i close the tab, one of my browsers pop up for a login success, and there is a button which says "open app". once done, the same process is done again, meaning the same pop up is appearing and the browser appears. How do i fix this?

I am stuck in a problem, I have the Voicemod microphone and headphones on and when i press it i dont see myself talking and it will show up a text saying: The selected device does not have audio input controls. How do i fix this

everytime i click on voicemod microphone on sound settings its just not working idk why tho it cant detect any sounds
Have you set up your input in the VM app? You have to set that to your microphone and then go to sound settings to select the VM microphone as your input.

If you go up to the Apple symbol on the menu bar, and click "About This Mac" it'll tell you if you have an Intel or Mac chipset. If you purchased your Mac before 2020, then it is most definitely Intel.
Can someone help? My voice mod was working for a bit then when I tried it again it opens but the home page won’t work. I’ve tried installing it and uninstalling it but it still dosent work.

it was working yesterday and it stopped working for me today :(( im a little disappointed but it might have to do with my settings? I'm not sure :/

i just tried it a minutes ago, Voicemod not working at all on mac. just a blank dashboard. (macbook pro M1 Ventura 13.4.1)

When I try to download it it sais it will run a test if it allowed to download on my computer and it sais it not safe
Depends on your Mac’s security settings on what can be installed from the web or unverified developers
i dont know if you will still respond since this is an 8 monthes old video but do you know how to fix the keybind not working? when i try to add a keybind it just puts an orange box around it and doesnt set it
I’ll be honest and say I haven’t used any recent beta updates, so I don’t know why keybinding isn’t working, sorry

Does it work for a mid 2011 27 inch iMac?
Download it and try to install. There’s a compatibility check before it goes through the install process. I’m thinking that old of a machine is likely a no-go

According to the devs, feature roll-out is ongoing, so if you don’t see it yet, it may not be available in beta. For now, you kinda have to go looking for the sounds to play

Give it a shot, idk, I’m not a developer. As for using it in a DAW, the answer depends on whether you can separate your audio streams
When I try to download voicemod for intel, it says it won’t install and says that my “chipset is not compatible with the voice mod software” what do I do?

Some older intel chipsets aren’t supported by the virtual mic

for me i have the default macbook air microphone and speakers and it echos when i turn it on what do i do
You likely have "monitor" on. The echo is the audio latency from you saying something, it getting processed in voicemod, then going through the speakers. I do not recommend using your speakers for monitoring, but rather headphones. Either that or turn off monitoring.

For me, I can't search for any sounds and it doesn't give me a list of any sounds. Just blankness, every time I try to search for a voice, anything and everything that could possibly be out there comes back as not found. I'm on a 2020 MacBook Air with the M1 chip too, which is relatively new, so I shouldn't really be having any issues. And yes, I downloaded and installed the M1-improvised version of Voicemod and not the one for the intel chip.
I think this is a known issue on the beta at the moment, for some users. One place where the help community is extremely active is Discord. Next step would be the subreddit, but devs are less active there.

How would I set my stream up on my MacBook Air using voice mod for Streamlabs obs
OBS and SLOBS have similar interfaces, so set up should be the same as my tutorial for OBS
Like if I go live I want the people I am playing against to here the voice changer not just the people in my stream so how would I do that ????

Again, depends on what you're doing, but these settings are the most important
It wont work for my MacOS because it need 10.15 or later and i have a 10.14.6

This is likely due to your chipsets. Older Intel chipsets are not compatible with this app. You can investigate this further by heading to the Voicemod Discord channel.
How do you get custom voices
After looking at the updated beta version (as of the date of this comment) 0.2.37, this is currently not possible. But I think it is still on the dev list, so I believe it is coming soon.

Only more recent mac models are supported
Sadly I don'y think it supports voicelab which is a shame and half the reason I bought it. But it's in beta and the voices do work so I'll just wait for the full. release on Mac.
I think voicelab is on the horizon, but they have a huge to-do list & right now they're focused on bug squashing (MacOS is a mess imo)

Hello all. I seem to have TRACED an issue why the audio doesn't activate with many of the people asking questions below. The AUDIO has to connect online (I think) it seems and you can only see this in the SETTINGS page. You will see it below. It says AUDIO CONNECTED, AUDIO CONNECTING or AUDIO DISCONNECT: PLS CHECK YOUR DEVICE AND RESTART THE AUDIO STREAM.
Not sure how to facilitate this process. Weird.@Alexander swan. Any tips?

I've discovered the answer. The settings of the Voicemod software input and output has to MATCH the settings in the SOUND settings of MAC OS. ex.voicemod app: input external mic. SETTINGS Mac OS, sound: input external mic (also)
You have to manually set them all up. and then click the reload button.
then it will load and say AUDIO: CONNECTED

is there a good setting for a custom voice to narrate an audiobook in female voice but that doesn't sound gimmicky like anyone else?
I’m not sure. You could try using one of the available voices and adjust the sliders to a pitch that sounds less exaggerated? It depends on if you have a free or pro account too. I’m sure more voices will be available once they’re out of beta testing

I agree, it is limited. I was a little bummed that they haven’t yet ported all the voice effects and sfx yet from the Windows version.
@@AlexanderSwan at first i subscribed with the mac i though its already ok. im stuck with my project. some are working/ but i dont need it. all i need is bob and rhe narrator and it happens non of them are working.
