from what i know, dave isnt a trained singer. singing the way he does is very tiring on his vocal chords. this is even more prominent now as he gets older. singing loads of songs in loads of concerts probably takes a large toll on his voice. in this clip, hes in a studio-he probably is taking more care of his voice than when he is on a tour running around on stage trying to please fans.

This version of a song I've always enjoyed is off the charts. I come back to it often. Others I feel the same about are Halo,Nothing,Here is the house to name a few

Great preformance but it's easy to hear what years of living in the U.S has done to Dave's accent.Still one of my all time favorite male vocalists.Martin another one. They both still have it.
