I am sorry that my comments are not the most beautiful. But at least I am honest in giving you my opinion of the ideas that you offer from your designer, it is to improve some details of the interior decoration, some other ideas if they are nice.
At least they corrected the distribution of the bathrooms that are next to the kitchen, but do you leave the washing machine in the kitchen? That is unheard of, can you imagine? Are you cooking and washing your clothes with the aromas of the kitchen, or, no, noooo unacceptable unacceptable. at least they put a garage.
