I waited 10 months for biometrics which I went for today. Well sure hope the EAD and AP arrive soon

Is it a employed based or married? Mine is employed based. After 6 months waitting I got my biometrics 2 weeks ago but when I check my case on USCIS website, show only received. They did not uploud my status for fingerprint were taken 🤔🤔
@@jonathanandtrishavlogs6874 did you get your EAD? I waited 8 months for bio appointment based on marriage. I'm going on October 7th to get them done.. I'm hoping they will send the card a few weeks after the appointment.

I hope you will answer my question , I have been living in the USA since 1985 , 1990 I got an employment authorization card since than nothing has happened , I new long time ago that I had made the biggest mistake of my life coming to the USA do to that I have no other country to go to , the question is ; will I see the light in end of the tunnel to put the end to my nightmare ?

As today (March 2022) the uscis estimates 8 to 12 months since we sent the application
USCIS received adjustment of status application on April 28, 2020 and tomorrow is the biometrics appointment. No requests for evidence was requested. I think your time-line is off or more precisely USCIS' time-line is off.

I started my husband Paperwork March 4 2021 and by August 27, 2021 he was scheduled for Biometric now they Schedule him for an interview September 27 2021 aren’t they Suppose to Send him his work permit and Social Security number first before his interview
Interview? They got mine on march 6 and my biometrics appointment was on june 30th im still waiting but no one told me anything about an interview

I got my Green card ,but I don't recieve the SSN and the Working permit. it is importante to have this SSN I could not change my husband family name to any ID that I'm going to use here in America. I'm still using my family name.what should we do those this case? thank you so much for your kind.
My husband and I obtained our adjustment of status through our daughter. We filed together throughout the whole process, getting all our notices together, did biometric appointments together on Jan 4th, 2022. He just received his EAD within 6 weeks (feb 22nd -22) and my application is still pending. He is European and I'm from the Caribbean so could that be the reason I have not received anything as yet?

@@mucrimmtale2161 no, still waiting, my lawyer keeps contacting them for updates but nothing yet, sometimes it's hard watching him get on with life and I'm still at a standstill! He's the only 1 working and it's a little tough right now!

LOL mmm so confused..... I have been waiting since end of may 2020, just did fingerprints few weeks ago, I don't think they are giving working permits anymore from what I hare.

Weird We did our marriage i130 feb 2020 got the approval 130 in Aug for marriage i130: We sent the i485 & i765 together may 1st.. Got her Bio notice sept done I had to give more info with my i864 Nov 2020 because USCIS " counldn't find" that i made money by being self Employed I sent then more proof.. *** is the Questions about my i846 is holding up the SS number for her ? thanks i love your info and Videos

My I-485 was submitted Jan 21 2021, still not receive biometrics or working permit. So unfortunate.
I filled in March and few days ago I received a letter with appointment day for my biometrics.
