Wow my Wife is away for 2 days so decided to give this a go for my son and I . Followed the recipe and it’s very easy . It was a roaring success loved it . It’s now added to our repertoire BTW we followed the no alcohol version and it great Thanks so much going to try some more …. Well done and thanks
Absolute no brainer, superb warmly meal for winter nights. Fresh crusty bread and some lemon juice definitely do the trick, my mum used to cook this as a young lad. As soon as I smelt it from upstairs I used to run down to the kitchen! Thankyou for sharing.

I used to make something like this when I first moved out of my parents house about 30 years ago, it was a Delia Smith 'cooking for one' recipe. Think I'll definitely need to give this one a try, looks delish

Just made this and it was absolutely delicious!!! I did the chicken stock and lemon substitute for white wine cause I didn’t have that on hand and it was still amazing, can’t wait to try with wine.
Try a garden centre. I got mine from there. Get the French tarragon though and not the Russian version. Grow it in a pot in the garden and bring it in over winter. That’s if you live in the UK. Dried is good as well though.

Try my version chicken breast marinated in Tabasco sauce fry up butter. fry chicken browned not over cooked then add capers chicken stock powder tarragon simmer for 10 minutes add havarti cheese on top of chicken serve on top of hot rice. Tabasco tarragon chicken delicious homemade recipe
