Queste gare sono puro spettacolo, grande Sergio. L'unica cosa che non riesco ad "accettare", passatemi il termine, è la parametrizzazione delle rep. Supponiamo ci siano 100 squat, e uno degli atleti affonda 2 cm meno dell'altro a ogni squat, alla fine sono 2 metri di Rom guadagnati, per cui 2/3 ripetizioni direi. Non sono poche. Che ne pensate?
So bene che è molto difficile se non impossibile risolvere questo problema, e assolutamente non voglio dire che i risultati non siano veritieri, anzi sono un grande appassionato di questo cose, ma proprio per questo a volte penso che sarebbe ancora più bello avere dei parametri realmente uguali per tutti.
Che ne pensate?
