100 years have passed and my brother and I discover the new avatar an air bender named french tomahawk and while his viewership skills are great he has a lot to learn before he can save content creators but I believe french tomahawk can save the platform

The Melee Bobblehead does actually effect the Shredder mod,not the minigun.
You've killed many innocents so much quicker without even knowing it.

No, the bobble head only effects critical damage, and unless he used the overdrive chem, he wouldn’t have been able to get any critical hits in with it.
@Yeah, okay. It refers to criticals in VATS, and when you use it as a blender it doesn't even let you attack on VATS it say you don't have any ammo

The fourth rank of Basher gives a chance to deal critical damage (15% chance).
ANYTHING that increases critical damage also increases damage of the shredder, and the blender attacks fast enough that the Critical damage isn't a gimmick.
So, get anything to increase critical damage, including that bobblehead

@@ratpilled eh ballistic weave is practically a necessity for any build not using power armor like stealth builds that prefer not to make massive noise every step they take . And the railway rifle is interesting because you can retrieve its ammo. And you can only get legendary variants to show up after getting the one the railroad gives you to fend off the brotherhood

I remember looting a 'wounding' minigun that applied the bleed status. It was absolutely disgustingly op. (Bleed ignores all DR of every type, and stacks, I believe, so with the minigun's RoF..)

I got one too once, but it was before I valued legendaries, so I left it behind, I have regretted it ever since, nor have I never left a legendary behind again

The best/worst Minigun is the Legendary Explosive Minigun. Combined both Heavy Gunner perk and Demolition Man perk for even more damage. Pretty good, yeah?! Well... try shooting that Minigun in close range, like 16cm from you...
The best/best Minigun is the Legendary Bleeding Minigun. Turn that high, worthlessly weak DPS to your favour and hemorrhage a Mirelurk Queen to death in five seconds.
OptimisticSociopath: And...you get tons of agro from allies who get hit by the explosive effect.
I personally prefer the time I got a Furious minigun, so every shot does a little bit more damage.
EDIT: It was rightly pointed out lower down that by default, Furious is a melee/unarmed only legendary effect. I no longer recall what mods I had at the time to alter legendary weapon drops.
Never give exploding weapons to companions whilst playing survival, unless you get the first level of the inspirational perks. I'm still upset with deacon over an incident involving the spray and pray and a pack of ferals.

Note for newcomers interested in this game: Remove fusion cores from power armor to prevent other NPCS from using your armor, or to make them stop using their/your power armor
They don't like the debuffs that come with zero power for your X-01 MkVI Powered Combat Armor, so they'll ditch the suit for you to put it back on or move it safely to storage. Great for collecting power armor suits you'll never touch just to flex on the poor people who want some protection
Alright I tried something new with this video, and I am pretty happy with how my narration turned out. There was a couple issues with audio balancing, but with each video I make I learn something new. Again sorry this video took 4 weeks to release, that amount of time between uploads in unacceptable and unsustainable. I'll be making more of an effort to edit throughout the week and to obtain footage on weekends. I'd like to upload more videos in this narration style even if they initially don't do as well as my other templates. That being said, the next video will be about how I beat the game on survival using nothing but the Acid Soaker, so you can look forward to that within the next two weeks.
