The mothers cookies did the same thing saying already submitted on mine and my husbands swaybucks a few days ago.I would like to buy them again but afraid too.
I have had this happen with my points sometimes they give it to you another times they claim that you already submitted it so I don’t bother to argue with
Can you give a heads up on how to submit a ticket for swaybucks when it says its already been submitted when you know it hasnt? I tried to figure it out but I'm doing something wrong.I been pouting for a few days over losing out on 10.00
The only way I’ve found to actually submit a ticket is to go to settings > questions & support > click the message bubble to start a chat with the bot > type anything to start a chat > missing/incorrect kick award > receipt, and then it asks for your name, email address, how many kicks you’re missing etc. Fill that out and you’ll automatically get an email right away that it was received, you can reply to the email to give them more info/screenshots. I’ve done it recently, when I got the email that my request was submitted I replied, I explained that it wouldn’t let me submit the receipt and attached my a picture of it and I got the kicks within 2 days. Good luck!
I go to the three bars at the top left beside my points. Then scroll to the bottom of the page to the help center and there is a button that says Missing SB

When I get that error on my points for duplicate receipt, I just submit again and it normally goes through

I had the same issue with inbox dollars. I can’t submit a ticket through the app for some reason. I’ll have to try it on the web page.
When u have that issue on mypoints just resubmit it. Mine always go thru the 2nd time
I tried to do that and it gave me the same error message. But I put in a ticket and I just got a message that they gave me the points! 😊
