This woman is not only awesome and in incredible shape for being 50 years old, she has an awesome personality even if she was sick that day. She has something missing in a LOT of the contestants, she is funny, sexy when she intends to be, yet is a good person and FUN. Her spirit is strong, and she managed to get the audience into it. No she is not the most talented person who has ever graced the show, but she has something I have never seen in anyone else. They were right to let her go on. Energy, fun, kindness, and even a bit of sexiness for 50. Sold

Can she sing? No. Can she entertain? Absolutely. When she began singing, the judges knew she isn't a vocalist but the crowd was on its feet cheering solely because of her entertainment value. Not to mention that she's 50 years old and still more lively than a lot of us in our twenties.

And I just watched again just now & was just watching Gary's facial reactions (which he was laughing & made it look like he liked her) I was noticing how some things he says & does, also reminds me of stuff Simon would say, do, & his facial expressions were the same as what Gary was doing. He was trying to be like the old grouchy Simon. So funny watching that just now & decided to read comments & seen u were thinking the samething. However, this new Simon (which seems to have started after he had his son) seems to have different attitude now. U can tell it by just looking at his eyes & face that he's being genuine. And he "IS" putting people through to next round even though that will prob be farthest they would go. So "Yes" I agree when u said "Simon I know he would've said yes". Lighten up Gary, it's suppose to be fun. They don't have to be perfect. When he's 50, I would love to see if he could audition w/the moves like Goldie. I just pray Simon comes back here to the U.S. & rejoins the judges on America's Got Talent.
