This was very good, but I think it jumped all over the timeline and I'd have preferred it being in chronological order as best as you could.

The mcu needs to make it so galactus originally recruits silver surfer who in turn finds other planets for galactus to devour instead of his home, and change up 1 thing…galactus takes the most powerful from each planet he consumes….this would create a pool of resentful siblings amongst the heralds, when silver surfer leads a mutiny to leave, terax leads the pro galactus side, kills off the side looking to leave w silver surfer, he escapes though…next mcu phase is silver surfer recruiting an army that can defeat galactus and his heralds…would be an epic final chapter to the mcu

Rom wasn't chosen. He offered service to trick Galactus into an attempt to devour the Dire Wraith homeworld, which didn't work. The World Devourer didn't hold a grudge for Rom's subterfuge, but decided to pass on his offer.

You also only mentioned tyrant as a long term enemy of Galactus when in fact he is a creation of Galactus and also one of his earliest heralds and also one of IF not the FIRST of the heralds to fight against Galactus and win on his own

Tyrant was created to be a companion for Galactus. But ended up turning on the World Devouerer when he wanted more. And that desire led to Tyrant getting into the conquest game.
Most was good,loyal herald to Galactus. He even dipped himself in a mystical well wich enhanced his powers further. All good serve Galactus the better. What got him in trouble with Galactus was killing FrankeRaye/Nova.
Tyrant was his 1st and strongest herald. Galactus would only end with bargaining with him and leave.

Silver will always be the best. But Galactus never kept his word. He actually tried to eat Earth a few times after he said he wouldn't.. lol. But so many of these stories were terrible.. Especially the Deadpool, She-Hulk and SuperMan story.

I'd say that the most powerful over all is the strongest. They have an unlimited access to powers they can utilize for strength or whatever they want. That's what I think at least.
