We've had this oven for a few months now. While I can't fault its operation, it's difficult to clean effectively. The door cannot be removed (to improve access) and there doesn't appear to be a way to remove the element to facilitate cleaning. This means food & stains build up on the inside ceiling of the oven but access is restricted.
I have one of these but a slight different model in the range (think its an N90) and its brilliant. I also have a couple of the N90 ovens and I find this combi one the most useful of the lot. I was not even aware that you could use the microwave and oven in combination when I got it - just thought it could do both functions separately. The amount of functions it has is impressive and it also connects to the home connect app so tells you how long is left and various other stuff on your phone. Very good products
We have had one of these for a couple of months and have been really impressed with it! Highly recommended! It cooks jacket potatoes on the oven microwave / oven combination really well too. We have it paired with the same oven you have on display and the different width stainless steel trims play havoc with my ocd!! We were lucky to find one as stock is tricky, but glad we found one. Great piece of equipment. Thanks for another great video, you have taught me a few things I didn’t know about it as well!

The only thing that the 900watt can be used for is heating liquid look on page 17 of the instructions. If you are thinking of buying this microwave, check what I have said, I wish I knew this before I bought it. If you put it on 900watt to cook it automatically changes to 600 but still displays 900.
Just had a new kitchen fitted with the microwave you show. Shortly after we started using it as a microwave, it gave a significant electrical crack sound on first startup. I did wonder if I should have removed the metal tray before using as a microwave - which is what we have done since. It still seems to work as it should though it doesn't microwave as evenly as I have found our prior turntable microwave (not Neff) did. I will probably report it to Neff service just in case...
Can you change the shelf so it’s a pull out one? I love this oven and realised that it does so much more than I realised but not being able to slide the oven shelf out is really annoying !
I love this oven. Only annoying thing is that when you use the microwave it doesnt stay on the selected wattage it automatically goes back to 900w. So if youre defrosting and checking it every so often you have to change it every single time. Same as if youre heating on 600w and juet opening it to check its not too hot, you have to change it back from 900w every time.
Just literally had this installed today. The manual seems more complicated than you make it, so thanks. However - daft question - when in oven mode presume you can’t use normal oven trays? They have to be microwave compatible?
If you are using it as a normal oven then you should be ok using the oven with normal pans and trays, it is when you are combining the microwave where you will need to be careful on what pans you use.

In reality most people will use the microwave settings on all types of food and liquid, but most foods don't need to be on the higher wattages and can be a lot better if they are in the microwave on a lower setting. Although it may take longer to heat up, the quality of it should be better.
@@lords-electrical thanks, I was confused because the standard is 800w minimum. If going by the manual, I'd have to be heating everything at 600w. Most modern microwaves seem to be 1000w

Can you place the metal wire rack on the base of the microwave? I would like to use a steam stetiliser for baby bottles but if I place it on the shelf position it is too short

Also the back part looks metal too ? Or do I put the plate on the floor of the oven ? Tried looking at instruction book but I got bamboozled . Any help greatly received. Thank you Jennifer
Is this more of a toaster oven then a ‘traditional’ microwave? We have a ‘traditional’ microwave with the spinning center plate. Always thought about getting a toaster oven, this one seems fancy. I feel like it could replace my microwave completely and do even more.
We have this model and one of the supports for the shelf has melted during use. 6 months out of warranty. Where can I get replacements and instructions to refit please
There are some sachets available of rice that you just cook in the microwave. All i would say in this model, make sure you only select the microwave option, not the combination option or oven settings
What you have here is a very over priced microwave with lots of fancy features that the majority of people will never use. It doesn't work well as a microwave, useless as a grill and I haven't tried the oven function as I already have an overpriced Neff oven which I only bought because it matched this microwave.
I love the 15 Automatic Programmes that the microwave offers!

Can you put the shelf upside down on the bottom so to be able to cook a big chicken so that it’s not too close to the top ?
And do you have to use the shelf to microwave things? Can you just put things on the flat bed ?

Why does my manual say that 900w setting is only for liquids? The next power setting is only 600w...

Yes it can be a bit noisier than a standard oven we found in the past.

Why does the oven turn off when you open the door ?
Quite a few ovens will do this to save energy. There is no point in heating the cavity if the door is open and all the heat is escaping anyway

Oh dear that's not good to hear. If you go on the Neff website then you should be able to get the replacement parts
