I think Serlett is in the right place and I respect his credentials. But that is not to say that a lot of the things being explored here are just among the thousands if not, hundreds of thousands of projects that are kinda trying to do the same thing just differently... Why another startup once more? They are only afloat because they can convince afluent American individuals to toss in some cash from and inside a country that has robbed the rest of the world, but it's not like they are doing something that would break gravity all the sudden. The most innovative people and organizations are quiet at what they do because they do not need to announce anything of what ever they are doing, society would eat them alive in a heart beat if they would knew about what ever "innovation". This little thing here is a more of a cutesy thing with the free snacks and bored investors throwing some cash at, that's all.
I've been wondering where Mr. Serlet went after his departure from Apple. I'm glad he is still making contributions to the computer science sector.
