Govt official are proving to be worse than the politicians… classic example is this area

my father had bought a flat in ace parkway sector 150 . we got our poesession in november 2023. IS it good investment and what is it's future and scope .
It's definitely a sound investment decision. However, you might want to consider selling it off and investing in a pre-launch project. In many cases, there is significant price appreciation from the pre-launch phase to the completion of the project. While ACE Parkway will likely still yield good appreciation within a year, the potential appreciation from a pre-launch project may be even higher.
