I would bet on Santa Claus's soul that even the non-stroked version of that 383 didn't come from the factory with this thing-& if it did-it was so crudely EPA strangled that it only put out like about140 horses-welcome to 1980. 😳

383 was discontinued by 1972. 400 replaced it, and it was discontinued for the 1979 model year.
