Can you please post a video on reversing Grade 1 and NAFLD thorugh lifestyle modifications. Most of the videos on RUclips about curing NAFLD are NOT posted by Doctors or doesnt sound like coming modern medicine practitioners.

As per the latest research any amount of alcohol is bad for liver. There is no safe limit.

Dr. Sahab, now days millet diet is getting recommended. Various new millets are introduced. Please give your openion for millet as substitute of wheat or rice. To me personally millet causing constipation.

I have been recently diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver. My liver enzymes are normal. I am pre-diabetic ,is on bp n thyroid medication. I had stopped exercising in the last one year n gained weight.I am undergoing a lot of stress for the lat one year.I am 76.my height is 152 cm n weight was 75 kg.had brought it down to 72kg in three weeks, by eating less oily food n exercising. My Dr has prescribed evion 400 mg.Is there any other medication which will help me to reverse the condition. . .
