Not really. I did exactly what you said but when I got to cancel subscription, an error notice appeared and the button was not active. I tried many times. Do you have a phone number for Kaspersky support. No phone number is on the website.

Nope I get an error every single time and it doesn't say how much the price will renew for, what a scam from them. Can't get through to any customer support. Might have to get a new bank card.

I would like to renew my subscription but when linked into subscription page after entering my code the only renewal option is below.
Your subscription will renew automatically every term until you cancel the auto-renewal. We will notify you of your upcoming renewal by email.
This is poor stuff from Kaspersky. There should be an option of buying a licence year by year or a certain period. In forums folk cant seem to find an easy way of canceling autorenewal. Any suggestions gratefully received.
